My Food Forest

Through interviews with local experts, My Food Forest seeks to understand the various processes and relationships that allow northern forest ecosystems to thrive.

From soil composition and forest structure to the different layers of vegetation, experts from the North share the fundamental principles of the boreal forest.

The documentary then explores permaculture and native plant species, focusing on how humans understand plant life, ecological relationships, and the ways plants communicate within complex natural systems.
