The Yukoners

The Yukoners is a three-part documentary series that examines what it means to be a northerner and what it means to be a Yukoner.

Each episode explores a different connection to the land: through sled dogs, through rivers and lakes, and through gold. Together, these stories capture the lifestyle, traditions, and values that have shaped life in the Yukon for generations.

As the North continues to evolve, many of these traditions and perspectives are rapidly changing and, in some cases, disappearing altogether. The Yukoners serves as a testament to the heart and soul of the territory and to the enduring spirit known as the “Code of the North.”
