This documentary follows three bears — Courageous, Determined and Ma’a — as they fight to rise as the ultimate survivors.
Courageous is an alpha female brown bear struggling to raise three healthy cubs in one of the world’s most dangerous environments. Ma’a is a successful Spirit Bear matriarch whose unique genetics help her thrive in the Great Bear Rainforest. Determined leads her two polar bear cubs across a landscape where sea ice is disappearing earlier each year.
Ultimate Survivors takes viewers on a journey of survival, demonstrating the intelligence and ingenuity that have allowed bears to remain at the top of the food chain while adapting to a changing world.
